    Alas, no, you’re quite wrong! Assuming you’re attempting to follow the grammatical rules of the original Latin for the plural form, the correct pluralisation could only be Penes, since Penis is a third declension noun. Emili is quite right though that Penises would be an acceptable English language pluralisation of Penis.
